Return & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

  • Once we start processing the order, if you cancel the order before we've booked dispatch, you will be charged a 10% fee as Processing cancellation & Refund Fees.
  • Once the item has been picked up by the carrier, no cancelation requests can be processed, until the process reaches destination. In some cases, cancellation might be possible, but will require additional fee for the same, along with processing fees, return shipping fee, restocking fees (if applicable), and other fees.   • If the returns are due to customer remorse, buyer has to take care of return shipping cost. Only after supplier receives the product back and approves it to be in good condition, we will process the refund after all relevant deductions.

 

BENZARA

We offer a 14-day warranty against manufacturer's defects from the day of delivery. If the fault is not reported to us within 5 days of the product's delivery, the return policy is null and invalid. No exceptions. After receiving the product, you have 14 days to return or exchange it. All original package documents, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories must be present with the merchandise, which must also be in its original factory condition. Product returns are permitted, but only with prior authorization.

Please contact us by email at contact@lovemylivingroom.com if you need help; all returned goods must have an RMA number in order to be refunded for the original purchase price less shipping and handling costs. Returns of unwanted or regrettable purchases will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Refused Delivery

All shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Credit will be given for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways) once the item has been returned to our warehouse. All refunds are made in the form of business credit, which may be applied to future orders.

We do not accept returns.

FM FURNITURE

We have a 30-day return policy with no restocking fee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lovemylivingroom.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance and discontinued products or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

FURNITURE OF AMERICA

We have a 30-day return policy starting from the day the order was received by the buyer. Shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

Buyer’s remorse returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

HOMEROOTS

We do have a 30-day manufacturer defect guarantee. Regardless of the reason, returns can only be accepted with a return authorization number. Please send us an email at contact@lovemylivingroom.com to request a return authorization number.

 Any returns for buyer's remorse must be sent back at your expense within 30 days of delivery, in the original packaging, and in sellable condition. Credits will be issued if items are returned and assessed to be in excellent condition at the warehouse. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. Kindly get in touch with us to start a return. 

If a product is currently out of stock, it will be restocked. You may send us an email at contact@lovemylivingroom.com and we'll let you know when the item becomes available for purchase if an ETA is available.

Order cancellations: All cancellation requests will be examined to see where the order is in the workflow and whether the cancellation window is still open. There may be restrictions on canceling orders that are already in transit, on the port, or on a truck. A 10% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will apply if you ask for an order that is already on the dock, in a truck, or in transit to be rerouted.

Refused Orders: If an order is refused, a 10% restocking fee and return shipping will be charged.

 

ID USA

Once a delivery has shipped, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or issue refunds for products.

Any shipping fees or charges associated with returns or rejected shipments are not our responsibility.

 

J&M FURNITURE

All shipments should be inspected upon arrival, and any claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. Items that are not damaged are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 48 hours of receipt. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

 

MANHATTAN COMFORT

We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unopened and in their original packaging. Additionally, we offer a 30-day parts replacement on all items. Improper assembly or shipping damages cannot be returned. Shipping claims should be placed immediately to the transportation company.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and we do not allow exchanges unless items are returned unopened and in the shipped condition.

Sometimes parts can be overlooked as they are packed securely to ensure that other parts are not compromised/damaged in transit. If the parts are truly missing, please email us at contact@lovemylivingroom.com. Send a copy of the invoice with images that reflect the damages. Any damages due to misassembly will not be reimbursed. Reference the manual to identify which part is missing and be sure to include that information in the body of the email.

All Manhattan Comfort furniture products are warranted, to the original purchaser at the time of purchase and for a period of 30 days thereafter. Our warranty is limited to new products purchased in factory sealed cartons. This warranty is valid in the United States of America. In order to provide you with timely assistance, please thoroughly inspect your furniture for missing or defective parts immediately after opening the carton. Manhattan Comfort offers a 30-day parts replacement warranty on all items. Our furniture products are not intended for outdoor use. The warranty does not cover: - Defects/damages by improper assembly or disassembly; - Defects/damages caused by shipping, claims for damage during transit should be placed immediately to the transportation company. - Defects/damages caused by inappropriate use of the furniture.

 

MOES HOME COLLECTION

Please contact us within 7 days from the date the item was delivered if you wish to return an item for any reason. You will be responsible for round trip shipping costs and may be charged with 20% restocking fee.

All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unassembled and must include all original packaging materials and accessories.

 

WHITELINE MODERN LIVING

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the invoice date. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and notification of return must be made no later than 48 hours after receipt of merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items must be shipped back to us in their original packaging, with no signs of use, wear, or damage.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the package for any damage and reserve the right to partially or wholly accept or deny the return or deduct any damage repair cost from the refund balance. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the receipt of the returned merchandise.

If the return is an exchange for damaged merchandise, we will replace the defective.

 

ALMO / HANOVER PRODUCTS

General Guidelines

  • A return authorization number must be requested prior to the return of any product. Please send us an email at contact@lovemylivingroom.com.
  • RA requests must be made within 60 days of the original invoice date and are valid for 30 days upon approval.
  • All items sold as a package or kit must be returned complete. If not, it is subject to refusal or partial credit
  • Any item not returned as detailed below is subject to denial and could be returned back to the customer at the account’s expense
  • Any non-Almo item returned in error will be returned directly back to the customer at the account’s expense
  • Any unit that shows signs of ‘abuse’ are subject to denial and could be returned back to the customer at the account’s expense.

Buyer Remorse Returns

  • Buyer remorse products must be returned in new/re-sellable condition
  • Subject to 15% restocking fee
  • Returns must be shipped back freight prepaid

Defective Returns

  • Defective televisions and large appliances must be handled directly with the manufacturer under their warranty procedures
  • Defective products must be returned in their original manufacturer’s box with all accessories included
  • (1) no-charge call tag can be issued for a defective item. If call tag is needed, it must be requested at the same time as the RA request is made.
